Her stories explore identity, imperfect bodies, unusual narrators, and love that endures against impossible odds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in Slovakia, she began writing short stories as a teenager, earning recognition in local writing competitions. After starting university, she focused on electrical engineering and set writing aside. A decade later, she moved to Vienna, Austria, to pursue a career in software engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One fateful evening, she opened a blank document and began writing a cyberpunk short story.
